Rep. Andy Biggs of Arizona has liken himself to Albert Einstein. Once again he has shown how profoundly unread he is. Remember that the only thing Andy ever did was win the Publisher’s Clearing House prize. He is otherwise an unwashed conservative who robs men and women of their rights.
